The Jubilee Band performs with a decisively new Czech/German sound and distinct bounce, targeted especially to the dance audience, and their requests. The group also performs Country Western standards and various folk dances. Our attire can be either the traditional vest, or lederhosen.
We are crowd-pleasers, and it is our goal to make sure everyone is having a good time, since that is when we, as musicians, are performing at our best.
The Jubilee Band has performed at a number of major festivals and functions in and outside of the local area, including:
Wurstfest - New Braunfels |
Fiesta - San Antonio
|
Night in Old San Antonio |
San Antonio Stock Show & Beer Garden
|
German Heritage Park - San Antonio |
Oktoberfest & Night in Old Fredericksburg
|
Aqua Fest - Austin |
Saengerfest Park - Galveston

The band also performs for major conventions (e.g. John Deere) in the San Antonio/ Austin area, and was video-taped in 2006 for the "Big Joe Polka Show" series on RFD-TV.
